  • Disinfecting & Sanitizing

2. Scheduling and Appointments

  • Booking: Services can be scheduled via our website, phone, or email.

  • Confirmation: Appointments are confirmed upon receipt of a confirmation email or message.

  • Cancellations: Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.

3. Pricing and Payments

  • Estimates: Service estimates are provided based on the information given by the client.

  • Payment Methods: We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards.

  • Payment Terms: Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon.

  • Late Payments: Late payments may incur additional fees.

4. Access and Security

Clients are responsible for providing access to the property at the scheduled time. If access is not available, and the cleaning team cannot perform the service, a cancellation fee may apply.

  • Damages: While we take utmost care during our services, if any damage occurs due to our negligence, we will take appropriate steps to rectify the situation.

  • Valuables: Clients are advised to secure valuables and fragile items. We are not responsible for items not secured or disclosed.
