What areas do you service?
We clean all across the Valley, including Phoenix, Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, Fountain Hills, Chandler, Gilbert, Mesa, Peoria, Surprise, Buckeye, Goodyear, and surrounding areas.
What types of cleanings do you offer?
We specialize in General recurring cleans, Deep cleans, Move-in/out, Post-construction, Airbnb/STR turnovers, Commercial office cleaning, and À la carte services.
How does your pricing work?
Flat-rate services for recurring and STR cleans
Do you bring your own supplies and equipment?
Yes. Our cleaners arrive fully equipped. We can also use your products upon request.
Are you insured?
Yes. We carry General Liability Insurance, Workers’ Compensation, and Umbrella coverage.
Do you run background checks on cleaners?
Yes. All team members are background checked, trained, and required to follow strict documentation SOPs.
Will the same cleaner come every time?
We try to send the same cleaner/team but cannot guarantee it. All cleaners follow the same CCS SOPs for consistent quality.
What if I’m not happy with the cleaning?
We offer a 24-hour satisfaction guarantee. We return free of charge to correct issues.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations inside 24 hours may incur a fee due to cleaner scheduling and lost income. In the event that you reschedule, skip or cancel any of your services with us, we ask that you give notification before the 48 hours prior to the service, during our office hours. Without the notice you will be charged 50% of your cleaning. Cancellations the day/night before or the same day of service for any reason will be charged at the full rate of service. All cancellations must be made through our office during office hours from 8:00 am to 5:00pm during week days.
How do I prepare my home before the cleaners arrive?
We recommend decluttering surfaces, securing pets, and picking up items to maximize cleaning efficiency.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
No. Most clients provide access via door code, garage code, or smart lock. We provide GPS and photo verification.
How long does a cleaning take?
Recurring: 1.5–3 hours.
Deep cleans: 3–6 hours.
Move-in/out: 4–10 hours.
Time varies by size, condition, and cleaners.
Why do deep cleans cost more?
Deep cleans require heavy detail work including baseboards, walls, doors, tracks, buildup removal, and hard-to-reach areas.
What if the home needs more time?
We always contact you before exceeding agreed hours.
Do you clean dishes or laundry?
Yes, but only if added as extras. Airbnb cleans include laundry by default. any laundry that cannot be completed by the end of the cleaning will be brought to the office. We will finish it there for an additional charge, and it will be returned on the next turnover.
What is included in a recurring clean?
Kitchen surfaces, bathrooms, dusting, floors, bedrooms, living areas, and trash removal.
What is NOT included by default?
Inside appliances, windows, baseboards (except deep cleans), organization, pet waste, exterior cleaning, steam cleaning.
Do you clean after construction?
Yes. This includes dust removal, high-detail vacuuming, debris removal, window cleaning, etc. Billed at $75/hr per cleaner.
Can I request add-ons?
Yes. Examples: fridge, oven, windows, walls, baseboards, fans, blinds, garage, patio.
How do you handle complaints?
We review photos, GPS logs, and take accountability. Correction cleanings are sent when needed.
How do you communicate after each cleaning?
Cleaners upload before/after photos, clock in/out, and submit job notes through MaidCentral.
Do you offer discounts?
Yes. Holiday specials, new client promotions, gift card deals, and referral rewards.
Why do cleaners sometimes arrive late?
Arrival windows depend on traffic and previous jobs. We're actively improving punctuality as part of our retention plan.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Credit card, debit card, ACH, Stripe. No cash payments for services.
How do I book a cleaning?
You can call, text, book online, or use MaidCentral if you're an existing client.
Can I add a tip?
Tips are always appreciated, never expected. However if you like to tip your hard working cleaning staff, leaving cash us the most convenient for all. But if you would like to add a tip by using your credit card you can by logging into your account or simply calling us directly or texting us. And it will show as a separate charge.
