About pets during the visit
We genuinely love animals, and most pets do just fine with our team in the home. However, if your pet tends to get anxious around new people or likes to "help" by getting underfoot, it is worth placing them in a separate room or crate during the cleaning. This keeps everyone safe and lets us move through the home efficiently.
Do I need to be home?
Not at all, unless you prefer to be. Many of our long-term clients give us a key or door code and go about their day. They come home to a spotless house, which honestly is everyone's favorite part. Others like being home, especially for the first visit so they can show us around. Both work great with our fully vetted, background-checked team.
