Based on the jobs we do every week across Phoenix, Scottsdale, Mesa, Chandler, and the rest of the Valley, here are honest ballpark ranges:
- Small condo or apartment under 1,000 sq ft: around $300–$500
- Medium home between 1,000–2,500 sq ft: around $600–$800
- Larger home between 2,500–4,000 sq ft: around $900–$1,400
